REVITALIZING POLLEN LOADS

Organic wildflower pollen draws its fortifying and revitalizing action from the diversity of botanical species bees collect the pollen from. Its nutritional matrix and the micronutrients it contains contribute to the body’s wellbeing and promote internal balance. Organic wildflower pollen also compensates for an imbalanced diet that might be low in protein.

PROPERTIES OF FRESH WILDFLOWER POLLEN

FORTIFYING
Our gut plays a central role in our body’s defenses. In fact, 70% of immune cells are located in the gut and represent the first line of defense against external aggressions. The bee-specific lactic acid bacteria contained in fresh frozen pollen (mainly Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium) feed and strengthen the intestinal flora which constitutes our first defense barrier against the proliferation of pathogenic germs.

INTELLECTUAL AND PHYSICAL VITALITY
Rich in micronutrients harvested by bees from different botanical species, wildflower pollen, when frozen in its fresh state, helps reduce fatigue, energizes the body’s functions and improves its resistance.

	The grains of this multifloral pollen come mainly from country flowers and fruit trees. They are harvested in April.
	Fruity and flowery flavor, slightly bitter. Melting texture.
	Multicolor.

Fresh pollen is a raw, living, very complete and complex food that degrades very quickly in the air and at room temperature. The exclusive process patented by Pollenergie consists in freezing the pollen as soon as it is harvested and packaging it under a protective atmosphere. Fresh pollen can travel at room temperature for more than 7 days before being safely refrozen to guarantee its full nutritional potential. Store in the freezer between 15° and -18° C.
#Directions for use#One tablespoon (12 g) of fresh frozen wildflower pollen during breakfast is your first step to wellness! The pollen can be taken alone or sprinkled over fruit salad, fruit compote, yogurt or muesli.

We recommend storing this product in the freezer to preserve the integrity of its benefits. One 250 g-container represents a 3-week supply at a rate of 1 tablespoon per day.
