SPECIFIC PROPERTIES OF ORGANIC CHESTNUT BEE POLLEN

It is rich in vitamin B6 which has an anti-stress and anti-depressant action and is also essential for the formation of thoughts, emotions and coordination. It is also rich in tryptophan, which with vitamin B6 are both precursors of serotonin, the good mood hormone that helps regulate anxiety.

Chesnut bee pollen also contains an essential amino acid whose supplementation can prove very interesting in certain cases: phenylalanine. This molecule which we do not manufacture and which is fortunately present in certain foods such as pollen, is the starting point of a cascade of metabolic transformations allowing us to provide neurotransmitters essential to our balance and our feeling of happiness. It is used to produce tyrosine which itself will be converted into dopamine, the deficiency of which causes depressive disorders.

	Chestnut pollen grains are collected between June and July.
	Sweet flavor with a predominance of honey with slightly bitter notes on the finish. Melting, soft and velvety texture.

Fresh bee pollen is a raw, living, very complete and complex food that degrades very quickly in air and at room temperature. The exclusive process patented by Pollenergie consists of freezing the pollen as soon as it is harvested and packaging it in a protective atmosphere. Fresh pollen can thus travel at room temperature for more than 7 days before being refrozen safely to guarantee its full nutritional potential. Store in the freezer between -15° and -18° C upon receipt.

We looked for a royal jelly that was excellent, ethical and ecological. We traveled across Europe, and it was in Italy, in the heart of Tuscany, that we found it. As with all our products, our supply of royal jelly gives us all the guarantees of quality, with refrigerated transport to us where the royal jelly is packaged. Aristee® royal jelly is fresh and thus retains all its properties.
CHESTNUT BEE POLLEN
A large spoonful (12 g) of fresh frozen pollen during breakfast is the well-being gesture of the day! Bee pollen can be eaten alone or sprinkled on fruit salad, compote, yogurt or muesli..

For optimal preservation of the pollen tray, we recommend keeping this product frozen upon receipt. A tray corresponds to 3 weeks of use at a rate of one tablespoon per day.

100% FRESH ORGANIC ROYAL JELLY
Royal jelly should be kept cool between 2° and 5°C. It is recommended to take a course of around twenty days at a rate of 0.5 g (i.e. a jar of 10 g) per day, in the morning on an empty stomach under the tongue. Royal jelly cures can be carried out during the changing seasons, in cases of severe fatigue or intellectual stress. Please note, the consumption of royal jelly is contraindicated during chemotherapy and in cases of hormone-dependent cancer.
