Take 3 x 300 mg capsules per day (1 at breakfast, 1 at lunch, 1 at dinner) for 7 days, during meals with a large glass of water. For early signs of infection, on the first day, take all 3 capsules at the same time.
It is highly recommended to increase your water intake, particularly bicarbonate water (approximately 1.5 to 2 liters per day) during the 7-day treatment.
Store in a dry area and at room temperature.
