HONEY - THE TREASURE OF BEES
When bees harvest, they filltheir crop, or honey stomach, with the nectar from flowers. When they return tothe hive, the worker bees transform the nectar by adding enzymes to it, andstore it the honeycombs. They ventilate it to lightly dehydrate the honey andthen cover it with a protective coat of wax.

ACTION AND ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

This smooth and calmingORGANIC Peaceful Night Essential Honey was elaborated to help fall asleepfaster, and promote a deep and restorative sleep. Lavender honey has a calmingaction. It is combined with mandarin orange essential oil, known for itsrelaxing and sedative action, and litsea essential oil which has a de-stressingeffect accentuated by poppy extract.
#Ingredients#ORGANIC lavender honey 97.5%(Spain), honeyed and glycerinated fresh ORGANIC poppy liquid extract 1%(Papaver rhoeas/flowers, purified water, organic ethyl alcohol 14.5%, vegetableglycerin, organic honey). ORGANIC mandarin orange essential oil 1% (Citrusreticulata), ORGANIC lemon litsea essential oil 0.5% (Litsea cubeba).

With no preservatives orartificial colorings according to organic farming law.

Store in a dry place, at roomtemperature and away from direct sunlight.

#Directions for use#Shake well before use. Take 1to 2 teaspoons of ORGANIC Peaceful Night Essential Honey, alone or between afew sips of tea, herbal tea or milk to reap the full benefits. Avoid dilutingthe honey directly in a hot beverage to preserve the active ingredients. Shakewell before use.
