Description
  1. Linden honey is a very fragrant honey. It has a beautiful pale yellow color and a creamy texture. Its flavors are intense, powerful and persistent. Its menthol aromas bring real freshness to the mouth. Thanks to its richness in trace elements, linden honey is renowned for its soothing, digestive and antispasmodic actions. It can be enjoyed alone with a teaspoon or in pastries to bring a fresh side to your preparations.

Linden honey is harvested in the Central Pyrenees in July.

    ABOUT API-MOULIN
The company "Api-Moulin” was created in 2017. It distributes honey harvested by its farm as well as by its beekeeper friends. The company also offers hive products such as propolis, embossed and raw wax.

Beyond the honey they produce, they also offer other flavors of honey carefully selected from circles of beekeepers in Gascony and Provence. The majority of beekeepers are located in Gers and Hautes Pyrénées, for a supply circuit of less than 50 km.

Since 2017, the company has been engaged in an organic production approach in order to offer healthy products while respecting bees and the environment. Likewise, several of the beekeepers who supply Api-Moulin are labeled AB Agriculture Biologique. All beekeepers in the network follow working methods and practices similar to the farm.

  3. #CRYSTALLISATION OF HONEY#All honey crystallizes! Contrary to popular belief, this is in no way a question of poor quality honey or the addition of sugar. This natural phenomenon, however, varies depending on the floral origin of the honey and its storage temperature. How to make honey that is too hard or too grainy liquid? Simply place the pot of honey in a bain-marie without exceeding 45°C otherwise it will lose its nutritional qualities. Be careful: this still alters its organoleptic qualities, particularly its taste and aromas. So prefer to leave it in its natural state!
