4. FINANCIAL DATA
When you use the Pollenergie website, you have to pay a price including VAT to validate your order. This payment can be done by different means: by credit card, by PayPal or by bank transfer.
Pollenergie uses a secured bank payment interface SOGENACTIF of the bank Société Générale. With this system, your payment by bank card is carried out directly on the protected server of our bank for our account. At no time will your card number or any other confidential data attached to it be communicated to us Exchanges are encrypted and secure thanks to the SSL 3 (Secure Socket Layer) protocol on the Internet, a protocol that has become a worldwide standard and can be used by the main browsers.
The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the bank payment centres concerned have given their agreement. In case of refusal of the said centres, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be informed by e-mail.
Payments by bank transfer must be made before the order is shipped. Availability and shipping times are recalculated from the date of receipt of the payment method.
5. PASSWORD CONFIDENTIALITY
